Since the release of Gravio 5.0.2, an SD card for resetting the Gravio Hub2 to factory settings has been included.
(If the SD card is not included, please contact our support, and we will send it separately.)
Initialization Procedure
- Insert the blue-labeled SD card into the SD card slot of the Gravio Hub2.
- Connect a display to the HDMI port of the Gravio Hub2.
- Connect the power cable to the Gravio Hub2 and turn it on (this will boot the Gravio Hub2 from the SD card).
- Upon booting, the following screen will be displayed.
- Press and hold the button on the side of the Gravio Hub2.
- Initialization will begin as shown in the screen below.
Once complete, if the lamp on the Gravio Hub flashes green, the writing from the SD card is finished.
The message “Please remove SD CARD!!!. wait for reboot.” will be displayed; please remove only the SD card (leave the power cable connected).
Removing the SD card will trigger an automatic reboot and begin the final initialization process.
This will perform internal initialization of the Gravio Hub.
The light will change from blue to white once, then alternate flashing green and blue (this indicates internal initialization).
After completion, the lamp will eventually stay lit blue.
Please unplug the power.
This completes the initialization.
